This piece is easily my new favorite by an absolute landslide, I was able to explore some of my closest interests like cars, typeface, outdoors life and my Malibu Barbie color palette that keeps getting weirder and weirder 😂 Attica was an amazing place to paint and is filled with some of the most generous people I’ve ever met in my life. My friends Stephanie and Josh in Lafayette told me it would be special, but I just did NOT understand. Despite being a total outsider, Attica welcomed me with open arms and generous hearts and allowed me the opportunity to highlight some of the things that makes them so unique. They are home to an incredible off-road park @badlandsoffroadparkin that everybody seems to go to, the whole time I was painting on @atticapizzaking people were driving up with mud all of their trucks and razors. The other thing I was able to showcase was Attica’s love for the outdoors and campfire night life. I painted most days from 10am-10pm, and when happy hour hit you could smell the cookouts and campfires, I loved it.

I’m really proud of the work we did in Indiana the past week, and am specifically so proud of my good friend @nmsalgar who painted 3 walls in about 10 days flat. It’s incredible to make friends like this and I’m lucky to watch my peers hustle at that level. @nicosuavalicious and her partner Soni absolutely crushed their wall as well and I was lucky to briefly catch them on the grind on their last day in town.

While I’m so happy to be home with my fiancé @katie__batten (who actually saved my life with projection night) I am sad to say goodbye to Attica. I’m really hoping to get back there sometime soon, but until then, I’ll be daydreaming about cars revving down Perry street and the smell of pizza cooking on the other side of my wall.
